Axminster doesn't collect any data about you or how you use the app. If you choose to send feedback by email, your name and email address are used only to track and respond to your feedback.

Data the app doesn't collect
Axminster contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and doesn't collect usage data, diagnostic data, identifiers, or the content of your models. Your models stay in the files you save on your Mac.
The Axminster MCP server runs locally on your Mac and shares your models only with the coding assistant you configure to connect to it. Axminster doesn't send your models anywhere else. Your coding assistant's handling of the data it receives is governed by that assistant's own privacy policy.
Feedback emails
When you send feedback using Help > Send Feedback, or by emailing axminster@chironcodex.com, the email includes your name and email address, along with whatever you write in your message. This information is used only to track your feedback and to respond to you. The lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest in responding to feedback that you choose to send.
Your name and email address aren't shared with or sold to any third party, aren't added to any mailing list, and aren't used for any other purpose. Your information is kept only for as long as it's needed to track and respond to your feedback.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email axminster@chironcodex.com.
If you're concerned about how your data is handled, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
